🚀 Getting Started

How do I create a club?

  1. Download the app or open app.clubdrinklist.com
  2. Sign up with your email or log in with Google/Apple
  3. Tap „Create club“
  4. Enter your club’s name
  5. Done! You are now the admin of your club

How do I invite members?

There are two ways to invite members:

How do I join an existing club?

  1. Register in the app
  2. Scan your club’s QR code or open the invitation link
  3. Wait for confirmation from an admin

🍺 Recording Drinks

How do I record a drink?

  1. Open the app and select your club
  2. Tap the desired drink
  3. The drink is immediately added to your account

Can I undo a recorded drink?

Yes! After recording, an „Undo“ button appears briefly. Alternatively, admins can correct individual entries in the member overview.

What is Kiosk Mode?

Kiosk Mode allows placing a shared tablet in the club house. Members select themselves from a list and record their drinks—no personal smartphone required.


💰 Billing

How does automated billing work?

Club Drink List can automatically create monthly bills and send them by email to all members. As an admin you can set the timing and frequency in Settings.

How do members pay for their drinks?

Club Drink List is only a recording and billing tool. Payment is done as usual—for example by bank transfer, direct debit or cash to the treasurer.

Can I create PDF invoices?

Yes! You can generate and download PDF invoices for any period. These can then be printed or emailed.

Is there an annual report?

Yes! Under Settings → Annual report you can export an overview of all drinks and revenues for a year as a PDF.


👥 Member Management

How do I remove a member?

Go to Settings → Manage members. Tap the member and choose „Remove member“. Note: The drink history remains for billing purposes.

How do I make someone an admin?

Go to Settings → Manage members. Tap the member and enable „Admin rights“.

Which devices does the app run on?

Are my data synchronized?

Yes! All data is synchronized in real time. If you record a drink on your phone, it appears immediately on all other devices.

What happens during internet outage?

The app requires an internet connection. We are working on an offline feature for future releases.

How can I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
